The cost of this replacement is a nominal $200, which covers handling and shipping charges.

b. Stationary Body Devices: For stationary body devices, our commitment to your satisfaction extends even further. In the event of a defect, our dedicated team will first dispatch a qualified technician to your location. The technician will skillfully examine and diagnose the issue, diligently striving to resolve it on-site. In the rare instance where a resolution is not attainable, we will gladly replace the device in its entirety. The cost of a brand new stationary device replacement is $2000, which includes the technician's labor cost and shipping charges.
